At Monheit, Monheit,
Silverman, & Fodera, we put our clients first. Our greatest asset is the
ability to treat each client as an individual. Each client has unique
needs, and our success depends upon understanding those needs and achieving
a successful resolution of the unique legal problems faced by each client.
Our goal is client satisfaction. Our clients are the key. Without clients,

We generally represent our clients on a contingent fee basis. Under this
arrangement, there is no fee, unless and until there is a recovery. IF
WE RECOVER NOTHING, THEN THERE ARE NO FEES AND NO COSTS. We generally
advance all costs, and do not expect repayment unless and until there
is a recovery. We offer FREE initial consultations. The contingent fee
is based upon a pre-agreed percentage of the recovery depending on the
complexity and risks involved in a case.
We return calls. We encourage client-attorney meetings. It is our office
policy to return every client call, the first time, and within the same
business day that the call is received. If for any reason you have difficulty
in reaching one of our attorneys, we encourage you to immediately schedule
an appointment to come in.

are able to utilize e-mail for communications. We are able to implement
litigation support throughout the computer system. However, we never let
computers do the thinking for us. We only use the computers when it improves
the services we can offer to you.
Our firm concentrates on personal injury and consumer fraud matters. When
