Mr. Alexander, a civil trial attorney, admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, concentrates his practice in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and toxic torts. He is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients in all phases of litigation. Mr. Alexander has appeared on behalf of clients in Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He authored the brief and presented the oral argument for the plaintiff in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in, Jones v. S.E.P.T.A., a case which turned on an issue of sovereign immunity. Mr. Alexander graduated from Duke University in 1975 with a B.A. in history and certification to teach secondary schools. He taught high school and junior high in North Carolina, Missouri, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He received a Master of Arts in Education degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1978. Mr. Alexander graduated from The Temple University School of Law in 1992. He ia a partner of the firm.
